(hereinafter referred to as “ShengShu” or “the Company”) is the sole owner of the related Intellectual Property rights, including but limited to all the products or services, as well as copyright of materials on the website of ShengShu, no matter they are distributed by the Company or co-distributed with its cooperative companies, which are protected by laws. Without the written permission of the Company, no company or individual may utilize, copy, modify, transcribe, or distribute the partial or entire part of the above products, services, information, and materials, or engage in any bundling use and sales with other products in any way or for any reason. Any infringement of the copyright or other IP rights of the Company by any company or any individual shall be held accountable for in accordance with related laws.

Trademark

The registered trademarks or trademarks of the Company or its affiliates are protected by laws, and violators will be prosecuted. Without the written permission of the Company or the trademark owners , no company or individual may utilize, copy, modify, transcribe, or distribute the partial or entire part of the trademark, or engage in any bundling use and sales with other products in any way or for any reason. Any infringement of the Company’s trademark right will be held accountable for in accordance with related laws.
